Cancel anytime
The Family Plan is billed monthly at $9.99 and covers up to 3 children in one household. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@readingadventureworlds.com. When you cancel, you won’t be charged again and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Reading Adventure Worlds isn’t a good fit for your family, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund that payment in full. No forms, no hoops.
After the first 14 days
Monthly payments after your first 14 days aren’t refunded for partly used months, except where the law requires it or if we made a billing mistake. If you were charged in error, tell us and we’ll fix it right away.
Purchases made with scholarship funds
If your purchase was paid with Step Up For Students scholarship funds, any refund is handled according to Step Up For Students’ program rules. That may mean the money goes back to the scholarship account instead of to you directly.
How to request a refund
Email hello@readingadventureworlds.com from the address on your account and tell us you’d like a refund. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
