These terms are an agreement between you and Crown Oak Learning LLC (“we,” “us”), the company that makes Reading Adventure Worlds. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Who can use it
Accounts must be created by an adult (18 or older) who is the child’s parent or legal guardian, or who has that parent’s permission. Children use Reading Adventure Worlds only through a profile set up by that adult, with a grown-up nearby.
Your subscription
- The Family Plan costs $9.99 per month and includes up to 3 child profiles in one household.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and access continues until the end of the paid month.
- Refunds follow our refund policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
- If we ever change the price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then.
Using the lessons
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Reading Adventure Worlds and its printable practice sheets with the children in your household. Please don’t resell, share accounts outside your household, or copy the lessons, art, or stories for other uses.
Our content
The lessons, stories, characters, artwork, and software belong to Crown Oak Learning LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws.
An honest note about learning
Reading Adventure Worlds is an educational tool designed to support a grown-up teaching a child to read. Every child learns at their own pace, and we can’t guarantee specific results or timelines.
Availability
We work to keep the service running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve, change, or add features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim related to it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
